9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoTech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
